1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by Veritas Finance LLC, 2/1 Proshyan St., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. For any question about the processing of personal data, write to info@veritasfin.am.

2. What data we collect

  • Through the registration and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, message, the course format you selected, and which program you enquired about.
  • Automatically when you submit a form: your IP address, browser user agent, the page you arrived from, and any URL parameters such as campaign tags.
  • If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, your language preference, and the page you subscribed from.
  • Website usage statistics, through Google Analytics.

3. Why we process it

  • To respond to your enquiry and give you the details of a course.
  • To enter into an agreement with you and to organise the training.
  • With your consent, to send you news and offers.
  • To improve how the website works and to prevent abuse.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is available to those Veritas Finance staff who need it for their work, and to the following providers acting on our behalf: Resend (email delivery) and Google Analytics (website statistics).

Data may also be disclosed where Armenian law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as it takes to complete the correspondence and to meet accounting requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

6. Your rights

Under the Armenian Law on the Protection of Personal Data you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to withdraw your consent, and to object to the processing. Write to info@veritasfin.am and we will respond within the period set by law.

7. Cookies

The website uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the core functions of the site will continue to work.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.
