Terms of Use

1. General

This website is operated by Veritas Finance LLC (2/1 Proshyan St., Yerevan). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. Registering for a course

Submitting a form on this website is an enquiry, not a contract. Registration is complete only once we confirm your place and payment has been made on the agreed terms.

Group sizes are limited, and places are allocated in order of confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for individual courses are shown on the website in Armenian drams. Corporate program pricing is agreed separately, according to team size and program scope. We may change prices; a change does not apply to registrations already confirmed.

4. Cancellation and changes

We may change the schedule or the instructor, and may cancel a group if too few participants enrol. If we cancel, fees paid are refunded in full. Cancellation by a participant is governed by the arrangement made at the point of registration.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials — slides, worksheets, recordings — and the content of this website are the property of Veritas Finance. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, distributed or resold without our written consent.

6. Training is not investment advice

Our courses are educational. The examples, company analyses and market data presented during them are there to teach, and do not constitute investment advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Investing involves risk, including the risk of losing part or all of the money invested. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any investment decision you make is your own, and taken at your own responsibility.

7. Limitation of liability

Veritas Finance is not liable for investment losses arising from how you apply what you learn on our programs. The content of this website is provided on an “as is” basis.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are to be resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
